| Ashbourne College Staff |
|
Founded in 1981 by its current principal and director, Mike Kirby, Ashbourne employs a large number of staff for both teaching and
administrative purposes.
Ashbourne's ethos is one of friendliness and informality and one of the great things about the college are the enduring relationships
between staff and students.
Students are encouraged to call their teachers by their first name and are not required to wear uniform. As a result,
Ashbourne inspires good relations between staff and students, based on mutual respect and approachability.
