The importance of a well-prepared UCAS form cannot be overemphasised. Writing the full form will take at least a month of work. In preparation, applicants need to obtain the originals of all examination qualification certificates, or good quality photocopies, by the beginning of the Upper 6th year. The final version is submitted on-line. There are 6 sections on the form:
• Registration Details: basic personal data such as date of birth and current address
• About You: further personal details such as nationality and fee code
• Courses: applicants can only enter Medicine for 4 courses
• Education: details or schools, qualifications and grades
• Employment History
