How To Apply For A Levels
If students would like to apply for a place at Ashbourne for A level, they will need to do the following (please scan and send any documents via email if possible): - Complete contact details sheet (click here to download)
- Provide copies of your last two sets of academic reports (if you only have the last set, then just send these) or school reference
- Contact our admissions officer (this must be the applicant), for a consultation
- a personal statement of achievements, interests and ambitions - 500 hand-written words
- a copy of your passport (if overseas student)

Once you have done this and we have received at least some documents, we may then organise an academic interview. Note that the applicant could also be asked to take an admissions test, which may be subject specific. Similarly, applicants hoping to study Art related subjects (Fine Art, Graphic Design or Photography) may be asked to provide samples of their previous work.
