Interior Architecture starts with an understanding of the physical, cultural and social contexts of design; the spaces within and between buildings; the challenges of renewal and regeneration; the knowledge of contemporary practice and our architectural heritage; the need to know how buildings work, as well as the need to know how to create high quality spatial experiences.
The course aims to produce professional designers armed with the knowledge, understanding and skills to respond to a wide range of contemporary human and cultural needs, through innovative, responsible and sustainable design practice.
