What is covered in the Easter Revision course?
Ashbourne’s Physics department follows the AQA syllabus for AS and A level Physics. Therefore our Easter Revision courses are tailored to the requirements of that syllabus. However, there is considerable overlap between specifications and students studying towards exams for different boards will also find our courses beneficial.
In addition to the topics below, the appropriate practical skills and data analysis skills necessary for success will also be covered. Option topics will not be reviewed.
Revision sessions comprise a number of short reviews of selected subject content followed by practice with past-paper questions chosen to target specific assessment aims.
Students will receive a compilation of essential definitions and summary statements of key ideas for each topic. In addition, students will be given access to all available relevant past-paper questions and mark schemes from 2009 to the present in electronic form.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to call Ashbourne on 020 937 3858 and arrange to talk to the relevant tutor.
