Khadija Owusu has received TWO offers to study medicine!

Khadija Owusu joined Ashbourne College in 2013 on a science scholarship. She has worked incredibly hard since then, and has recently been offer two places to study medicine from September – one at St George’s Medical School and one at Hull / York. Congratulations Khadija!

Ashbourne at the CIFE inter-college quiz challenge – Good luck!

Last year, Ashbourne College took part in the UKMT Maths Challenge, in addition to the UK Bebras Computing Challenge. We just love to compete! This Saturday (February 28th) will see us going up against other A level colleges in London and beyond in the CIFE Inter-College Quiz Day! Representing Ashbourne will be Alex Vlasto, Susannah Bain, Luke Hammett and Danial Rahimi. Your exam entry forms are now ready for collection from the Finance and Exam Office (second floor, Old Court Place). Nancy will also give them out at your Personal Tutor classes this week. Ashbourne College students to play at the BBC Club!

We will never get tired of talking about how talented our students are! Some of our drama students performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer, and now two of our Ashers are in a band set to play a gig at the highly regarded BBC club!
